A premium LED high-lumen downlight which provides 3 colour output options while delivering comfortable, low glare but super bright LED lighting at exceptional light quality (90+ CRI).

The Domus Scoop-13 Trio 13w LED premium quality low glare downlights. They are the perfect solution for both residential homes to commercial projects such as golf simulators, shop and clothing store displays (shoplighter), hotels, clubs, pubs and bars, with their super bright and exceptional light throw and outstanding build quality. There is also a larger Scoop-25 model for even more powerful performance.

The Scoop-13 is known for it’s single point COB adjustable LED light source. Features include a matt finished all-aluminium frame and glass diffuser. Light is provided from a single point COB high performing LED with a perfectly matched 60° optical reflector. The reflector behaves in much the same way as a standard metal halide fixture does with the favourable scallop styled illumination and directed point source. Added benefits of up to 45° tilt function and fully mains dimmable LED driver makes this a perfect alternative to traditional metal halide and CFL style down lights used for high light output scenarios.

With an adjustment range of 45° to 0° (set flat), the Scoop is perfect for highlighting areas/features that need and deserve illumination!

On full brightness, the Scoop produces up to 880 lumens worth of crisp task-lighting worthy light output which is properly THROWN down to where it needs to be, such as art pieces and artworks on the wall!

Due to their slightly more focussed beam angle (60°) and ability to THROW light more effectively, ceiling downlight like the Scoop are better suited to installations on higher ceilings or high lumen requirement applications. These are areas where more TASK LIGHTING is necessary (more light that reaches the surface). Due to the fact that the light source is deeply recessed into the fitting, they also ensure that the area remains well lit without shining light in your eyes, meaning that they produce far less glare and are more comfortable to work around.
