Shipping FAQ

When will my online order be shipped?

Providing that the items in your order are in stock and available, all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. Once your items are shipped, you will be notified via system generated email with tracking details included.

If any of the items in your order are on backorder/out of stock, you will be immediately notified via phone call/email and will also be given an updated estimated delivery time.

Are online orders protected by insurance/indemnified?

Bitola Lighting indemnifies all items sent for loss/damage, meaning that as a buyer you can shop with confidence and peace of mind, knowing that you will receive your goods. In the rare instance that your goods are lost in transit/damaged on delivery, Bitola Lighting is equipped to deal with that issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Can I choose which carrier is used to send my order?

Bitola Lighting and Fans reserves the right to select the carrier used to complete your order, as it is based on your location and the order! 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once an order has been shipped, customers in QLD, NSW, VIC & SA should expect to receive their order within 1-4 business days. Metro area deliveries are often delivered within 1-3 business days.

WA should allow up to 5-7 business days for order delivery to occur once sent.

Customers in NT, TAS and regional WA should allow between 7-10 business days for delivery to occur.

Are delivery times guaranteed?

The above delivery period estimates are on a non-guaranteed basis; deliveries can be delayed by a day or two, please feel free to call us at (07) 3800 0117 if you have any questions or concerns.

Can I Click-and-Collect?

Yes! Simply select the pickup option as your delivery method and we will prepare your order for pickup from our Browns Plains warehouse. Once your order is ready for pickup, a member of our team will contact you to notify you that you can come and pickup your order. Pickups are during our standard showroom hours (10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday). It is also contactless! Simply drive to our specified pickups area and a member of our team will bring your order to your car.

Does Bitola Lighting and Fans send orders overseas?

We ship Australia-wide only- we do not send orders overseas.
