The Newport DC ceiling fan features an energy efficient high performance long life DC motor that uses up to 70% less energy than a standard AC motor. The Newport also incorporates 3 ABS polymer blades that will not rust, corrode or fade and are aerodynamically designed for greater airflow. The Newport also features dedicated remote control with 5 speeds and forward/reverse motion and up to an 8 hour timer.

This Martec Newport LED comes with an integrated Tri Colour selectable and dimmable 18w LED light, which has a dip switch allowing users to select between Warm White (3000K), Neutral White (4000K) or Cool White (5000K) light output.

Fully ABS polymer composite construction blades ensures that the Newport is suitable for indoor and outdoor undercover areas, including coastal regions.

Each fan comes with its own 5 speed remote controller with all the necessary functions to operate the fan and light, including up to an 8 hour fan timer. The remote controller comes with batteries and a wall cradle.

Produces up to a class leading 13,000m³/hr of airflow on high speed (tested to latest strict standards) while retaining silent operation.

Great for bedrooms, living areas and outdoor undercover areas. Add a 90cm matching colour extension rod for higher ceilings and raked (angled) ceilings.

Fan has reversible motion for summer/winter, via remote:
In hot weather: Downward air flow creates a wind chill effect for greater energy savings.
