The ultimate project downlight to replace 50w Halogen downlights, the Brilliant Illumina CCT uses the latest LED technology, producing a very high light output using precision optics and a high output COB (Chip On Board) LED.

A high powered recessed gimbal downlight, it features a matt white powder coated finish with an aluminium heatsink for greater heat distribution. Outputting a maximum of 1000 lumens, this stylish downlight is perfect for lighting up different areas of your home.

Suitable for common 90mm diameter cutouts.

Features a Tri-Colour LED dip switch located on the back of the downlight, allowing you to choose between Warm White (3000K), Neutral/Cool White (4000K) and Daylight (5700K) depending on preference.

Due to their beautifully focused (45°) beam angle and ability to THROW light more effectively, COB LEDs like the Illumina are better suited to installations above kitchen benches, dining tables, offices and study rooms than normal LED downlights as they direct the intensity to where it’s needed! They are also great for hallways and bedrooms due to the fact that the light source is deeply recessed into the fitting, ensuring that the area remains well lit without shining light in your eyes, meaning that they produce far less glare and are more comfortable to live with.
