The Domus Cell White 5CCT Quinto 13w LED Downlights are a plug and play LED lamp module and LED driver set with 5 different fascia models available. They are the perfect solution for residential homes to commercial projects such as hotels, clubs, pubs and bars, with their super bright and exceptional light throw and outstanding build quality.

The Cell features a proper rear aluminium heat sink and a separate driver (not in-built), which dissipates heat better and faster than downlights with in-built drivers on the back. Heat is the biggest killer of LEDs.

Now with QUINTO technology, the added option of changing the colour temperature output of the downlight with a dip switch at the back of the fitting, but this time the Cell range can boast an industry first FIVE DIFFERENT COLOUR TEMPERATURE CHOICES from Extra Warm White (2700K) through to Daylight (5700K), all built into one fitting. Most new LED downlights with this feature are (only!) Tri-Colour, which has 3 colour options.

On full brightness, the Cell produces up to 1163 lumens worth of crisp task-lighting worthy light output.

Due to their slightly narrower beam angle (60°) and ability to THROW light more effectively, deep or semi-deep recessed LED downlights like the Cell are better suited to installations above kitchen benches, dining tables, offices and study rooms than normal LED downlights. These are areas where more TASK LIGHTING is necessary (more light that reaches the surface). Due to the fact that the light source is deeply recessed into the fitting, they are also great for hallways and bedrooms, ensuring that the area remains well lit without shining light in your eyes, meaning that they produce far less glare and are more comfortable to live with.
